All of our shots can be taken daily and can be combined depending on your needs.
Most people take our WELLNESS shot first thing in the morning.
What is the health benefit of ginger?
Ginger is known for its many possible health benefits, so adding ginger to your daily diet is a good lifestyle habit. Ginger is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and flavorful taste.
Ginger offers a natural energy boost you can feel for several hours after ingesting it.
What can I expect?
This is our most "ginger intense" shot!
The warmness of ginger perks up the senses, clears the sinuses, and finishes off smoothly once you shoot it down.
This is definitely a ‘Shake, Shoot, Feel’ moment!
Ginger juice: we press the fresh ginger roots ourselves to extract all of the goodness of this root.
Lemon juice: we use lemon juice to bring our acidity to just the right level.
Coconut water: our coconut water is packed with potassium. Young Thai coconut water brings a really nice rounded finish to our shot.
Cayenne pepper: Cayenne peppers are a type of chili pepper that boast an impressive nutrition profile. This medium-heat pepper offers a variety of antioxidants that are beneficial for your health and offers metabolism-boosting properties. Above all, be prepared for the kick!
Can I take multiple shots per day?
Because we use organic and fresh ingredients and produce, you're giving your body a daily nutrient boost — similar to a vitamin — when you take our shots.
Do you make your own product?
We cold press and mix our juices in-house. This means we make all our shots in small batches to make them as fresh as possible for you to enjoy.
Is this shot sweetened in any way?
The 1.5 g of sugar on our label refers to the naturally occurring sugar found in coconut water. There is no added sugar in any of our shots.

There is no ‘best way’ to take the shots, but we recommend for you to take them cold. This protects the nutrient density of the shots.

This depends on your preference and lifestyle habits. Please note that our shots are NOT intended to be nutrient replacements, even if they are nutrient dense!

What is High Pressure Processing/ HPP?
All of our KOR Shots are created using the Cold-Pressed High-Pressure Processing (HPP) method. HPP uses high pressure instead of high heat to extend the shelf life of the juices. We find this method ideal because it maintains the integrity of the nutrient-dense ingredients.
