How do I change my order?
You can change your order before we ship it so get in touch as soon as you realize you want to change it. Reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or hit the help button on our website!
For your Subscribe & Save shipments, check your member area or email us at email@example.com
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping varies based on your location and how many cases you order. We will provide free shipping for orders over $90 placed in the U.S., and for all our subscribe and save U.S. customers. Our 12-bottle minimum applies!
Can I expedite shipping for my order?
If you need your order in a hurry, we suggest placing it between Sunday and Wednesday 1pm PST/ 4pm ET to ensure express service. All orders ship via 1-2-day express shipping to ensure you receive your product as soon as possible.
Orders placed Thursday-Saturday will ship the following Monday.

Nationwide – for California, see below
If you order between Sunday and Wednesday before 1 pm PST/ 4pm ET, we will ship it immediately so you will receive it the same week.
If you place an order on Wednesday after 1 pm PST/ 4pm ET through Saturday, we will ship it the following Monday to ensure you receive it fresh and cold.
For California customers who are in our home state, we ship Monday through Friday, so if you order between Sunday to Friday before 1pm PST we will ship the same day.
If you don’t want to have to worry about what days to order, we recommend you set up a recurring subscription and your shots will arrive at the pace you ordered them without thinking what days you order!
How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers are sent out nightly (Monday-Friday) via e-mail. If you have any questions about the status of your order, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org or press the blue help button on our website. We’re here to help.
How are my items shipped?
We ship each case chilled. Cases are packed with ice pack(s) and enclosed in a thermal sleeve to ensure freshness.
Our shots are shipped refrigerated with a Biodegradable linerand drain-safe ice packs when available.
My package never arrived!

Since each case of KOR Shots is perishable, our priority is to make sure you receive your package in a timely manner. This means we release all shipments without signature requirements. We can’t be held responsible for FedEx errors.You can help make sure nothing goes wrong with your delivery by:
- Follow your tracking link closely to monitor for errors or alerts; if your building is locked to outsiders (no lobby, mailroom, etc.) then to be extra safe we recommend directly calling FedEx with your tracking details and requesting a specific service (i.e. "leave the package on the front stoop, please")
- Ensuring your address can accept FedEx deliveries. Unfortunately, PO boxes, Army Post Offices (APO) and Fleet Post Offices (FPO) can’t accept deliveries.
- Checking your confirmation email to make sure there are no typos in your address details
- Be sure your unit # is included (for larger apartment buildings)
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship within the United States. Order requests outside of those countries are handled on a case by case basis — e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for more info.
KOR SHOTS RETURNS
Due to the temperature and packaging requirements for shipping our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. If you experience an issue with your order, please email email@example.com. We will do everything we can to make your order right for you!
Any returns or refunds for products purchased from a grocery store or from another location other than our website should be directed to where the product was purchased.
