Apparel Return Policy
APPAREL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns or exchanges must be shipped within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
We offer free returns on all U.S. orders with an included prepaid FedEx shipping label.
Any returned items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or credit.
Please make note of the tracking number on the return label and keep it for your records.

STEPS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN APPAREL ITEM
Place your item(s) back in the shipping box.
Place items you wish to return in the original package. If you don't have the packaging anymore, don't worry! You can use a different package, as long as it's unmarked. Seal and attach the included prepaid shipping label and drop off at your nearest FedEx Drop Off Location. That’s it!
TIP: Take a picture of the tracking number on the return label and keep it for your records.
APPAREL REFUND REQUESTS
Once the returned item is received, verified and processed by our returns department the original purchase price of your returned item(s) will be credited back to your original form of payment. Please allow approximately two weeks for processing.
APPAREL EXCHANGE REQUESTS
Once the returned item is received, we will immediately process a new order for your exchange and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge. Please allow approximately one week for processing.
MISTAKES HAPPEN (SOMETIMES)Hey, we're not perfect (but we try to be)! If we've sent you the wrong or damaged item please contact us immediately through e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and a Customer Service Representative will assist you with a resolution.
