1. If you fail to plan, you may as well plan to fail.
I recently went on a 5 day juice cleanse, and the number one practice that kept me sane and on track was preparing all my juices the night before and/or morning of. Trust me on this––if you see your husband twirling pasta for lunch, and you haven't started chopping and juicing, you’re not only going to reconsider your relationship, but you're going to lose your drive and motivation to continue.

3. Finally… an excuse to skip the gym.
